southerncross_website grabber not used by shepherd since SC10 name change?

Description

Shepherd appears to not use the southerncross_website grabber since many of the regional Southern Cross Ten channel names changed from TEN to SC10 late in 2008.

Not a critical grabber(doesn't mark repeats!), but good backup nonetheless.
