update channel list for foxtel

Description

foxtel swf grabber needs to be updated to grab data for the new channel "STVDIO" (ch132).

"Ovation" has been replaced by "STVDIO" but will be returning on 1st of June 2010 on another channel (ch134).

"Discovery HD" has been changed to "Discovery World HD", the grabber also has to be updated to deal with the change.

I think this can be closed now. The latest patch to channels_list contains all these and more.
