Don't exclude HD channels from Grabber analysis

If a region is listed as having 7HD, Ten HD, Nine HD etc, then don't excluded them from post grabber analysis. There are now at least three sources with fairly reliable HD data.

Should be fixed now with the use of a huge 'channel_support_exceptions' that requires manual checking and updating.
